Our embroidery team recommend that less is more in terms of personalisation, therefore the more symbols or additional embroidery you choose the sizing of the embroidery will be reduced making the text/writing less visable. Therefore we recommend selection of one personlisation for full visability. Any ammendments required by the customer will be at their expense.

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team. If we do catch your order in time we will only be able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.
